Marlon Harris
Marlon has a strong background in the animal health industry. He has an impeccable reputation in the industry for his integrity.
He has held several senior sales management roles in national accounts, as an Equine Sales Specialist and in regional sales management for companies such as Merial (now Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health), Boehringer Ingelheim, Vetmedica and Lextron Animal Health. He was honored as Merial Vital Circle Winner (2016, 2002) and awarded the Henry Schein Animal Health Equine Vendor Partner of the Year (2016, 2014), Henry Schein Animal Health Bovine Vendor Partner of the Year (2016) and a Merial Circle of Excellence Winner (2003, 2002).
Marlon is a legend in his own right in the International Professional Rodeo Association as a 6-time Top 15 Finalist in World Standings (Bareback), qualifying 3 out of 6 years in the Top 5 World Standings, a 2-time Southeast Region Champion and a 2-time Florida State Champion.
Marylu Ernsting
Marylu’s animal health career has spanned more than 20 years and includes owning and operating her own Boarding/Training/Riding facility, Veterinary Assistant and Lab Technician, Veterinary Pharmaceutical distribution sales, and Veterinary Pharmaceutical manufacturing sales. As a Veterinary Equine Specialist for several companies, Marylu has coordinated multiple efforts with many of the top equine veterinary college professors, equine clinics and internal medicine specialists in the United States. Her passion for the health and welfare of horses has guided her career to continually strive to represent products that benefit horses of all disciplines from a backyard pet to the most stringent of athletes.
Marylu’s love of horses and riding spans a variety of disciplines, from Hunt Seat Equitation to Barrel Racing, exercising and ponying Racing Quarter Horses to more recently, Western Pleasure. Currently, Marylu’s riding passion is trail riding Kentucky’s beautiful equestrian paths. When not riding, Marylu and her husband enjoy culinary arts and music festivals.
